Our universal cage and
how it can be outgrown?

QUESTION

How many times, together with other people, have you tried to implement a project, set up a company or build a relationship? It was supposed to be great! And what was the outcome? Do you remember? Yes? No? Let me remind you

1. HOPE

In the beginning, there was an idea, a plan followed.
Thus vision and hope were born.
There were trust and confidence, commitment and enthusiasm. Divine feelings! Of course, everybody had great expectations!

2. EVERYDAY REALITY

But after a while things started to grind.
Someone concealed something.
Someone gossiped about someone.
Someone felt offended.
Someone lied.
Someone did not keep his or her word.

3. CONFLICT

The air became heavy.
Problems arrived and began to grow.
A conflict developed, which initially went unnoticed.
Finally, there was a fight, whether concealed or open.

4. DAMAGE

How did it end?
Who won?
Who lost?
Did someone leave?
The damage was done.

5. THE PRICE OF COMPROMISE

Even if you reached a compromise, distaste remained. Confidence, enthusiasm, and trust have disappeared.

6. THE ESSENCE OF THE PROBLEM

But everyone wanted well… It was supposed to be different. Yet, the outcome was “business as usual” or worse.

7. WRONG QUESTIONS

Why do things go wrong? Does it have to be like this? How can Murphy’s law be circumvented There must be a way!

8. WRONG SOLUTIONS

So, you will keep trying… to implement a project, set up a company or build a relationship, again and again, and again. And you will fail.

9. WHAT NEXT?

You can enter the next cycle and the next,
repeat them forever or …
if you are ready
start to wade into the world of awakened cooperation 2.0.

1. HOPE

In the beginning, there was an idea, a plan followed.
Thus vision and hope were born.
There were trust and confidence, commitment and enthusiasm. Divine feelings! Of course, everybody had great expectations!

Will it ever end?

How irrational conflict becomes a first „rational” choice

Why we can’t help but have to engage in irrational fights only to find out later it was all pointless and meaningless?
When people are driven by their own little private interests and they identify with them too much, then the seemingly irrational fight becomes their first rational choice. This is how they kill healthy cooperation and create a daily struggle they believe to be real.

TEAM WORK AND TEAM SPIRIT

  • Have you attended a teamwork retreat?
  • Did you like it there?
  • We all did.

It was great fun, was it not? However, after just two or three days in the office that energy was gone!

Back then, did you ask yourself a question?

  • Why this great team spirit could not last longer?
  • It just can’t!

This is the same cage only in the business context! We live in a time when many people and organizations will do the impossible and move beyond it!

Our mission is to help people, groups and organizations overcome this cage!

We don’t teach the art of good or great relationships. This path does not work.

Understand how the system of anti-communication and false expectations work and start outgrowing the one cage we all share.

Overcome the greatest obstacle to good cooperation – our own perception of what is good and right.

Build solid foundations for future real cooperation.
